Dissertation Topic: Work, Care, Love? Women Employed at the Professional Level in Nonprofit Organizations in Israel
Abstract: The study seeks to contribute to existing knowledge by exploring the experiences of women employed at the professional level in nonprofit organizations in Israel and the organizational environment in which they work; focusing on emotions in the workplace and emotional labor enables a systematic understanding of care work.
